The Electricity Regulatory Commission of Nepal needed a complete digital transformation of their public-facing portal. The legacy ASP.NET site was slow, inaccessible, and difficult to maintain.
Modernized the information architecture to WCAG AA standards using Next.js static generation for document-heavy pages that load instantly even on slow connections.
